100 concerts. Adele has just turned the page on her residency in Las Vegas “Weekends with Adele”, which began on November 18, 2022, to accompany the release of her latest album “30”, released two years earlier in the midst of the Covid epidemic. No longer wishing to go on tour, to focus on her family life and in particular on her son Angelo, the British singer therefore met her fans two days a week to perform the emblematic songs of her repertoire. Every evening, with naturalness and a lot of emotion, Adele therefore thrilled the fans with his hits “Hello”, “Easy On Me”, “Rumour Has It”, “Skyfall”, “Set Fire to the Rain” or “Someone Like You”, with enormous success to boot . Constantly playing overtime, the xx-year-old artist – who met Celine Dion or Meryl Streep in her audience – even transposed her residency in Munich last summer for 10 XXL concerts.

“I’m going to miss it so much.”
Last night, Adele therefore gave the very last concert of his residency in front of more than 4,000 spectators, lucky to applaud him one last time in the Colosseum of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. “ I loved this residence with all my heart. I really really liked her. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. (…) In the end, it's the best show I could do » confided the singer during the show, terribly touched by the bond created with the public: “ I'm going to miss it so much. I'm going to miss the show, the team, the stability… Working only on weekends, that's what it feels like. Which I know sounds ridiculous, but it brings me so much focus and has been an anchor for me “. After 100 concerts sold out, Adele is therefore ready to return to the shadows: “ I'll miss it but I'm also happy it happened. It's time to move on, to move on to the next chapter, to the next season of my life ».
During the finale of this crucial concert, Adele burst into tears as she experienced the leap into the void that the end of her residency meant. “ I will miss it terribly and I will miss you terribly. I don't know when I'll get back on stage… » added the interpreter of “Rolling in the Deep”, who wishes to take a long break of several years: “ I'm not going to do anything. I'm getting tired of not knowing what I'm going to do… I don't have anything planned “. A new album will therefore not be right away!
