PEOPLE – Lookalike competitions are definitely popular across the Atlantic. Several hundred participants gathered in Austin to try to look as much as possible like the man who plays Lieutenant Jake “Hangman” in Top Gun : Maverick. Maxwell Braunstein, a medical assistant in Austin, took home the victory and some gifts: a $5 bill, a cowboy hat and free food at a local taco restaurant, says the local media outlet Fox 7.
