Since November 15, 2024, the president of the Order of Architects from Ivory Coast, Amon Josephand a delegation of 24 architects are participating in the World Forum of the International Union of Architects (UIA) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This event, which ran until November 19, brought together architects from around the world around the theme “Diversity: Humanity and Sustainable Growth”.
The objective is to discuss issues related to cultural and environmental diversity in the design of built spaces, while promoting sustainable development.
In this context, Ivory Coast stands out as the sole African representative, with a dedicated stand to highlight its architectural heritage and its modern projects.
Among the achievements presented, we find masterpieces such as the Notre-Dame de la Paix Basilica of Yamoussoukro and the F Tower, symbols of excellence architectural of pays.
This participation also marks the opportunity to promote the ARCHIBAT 2025 Show, which will be held in Abidjan from April 8 to 12, 2025.
