At the Louvre, Kendall Jenner forgot her shoes, and it didn’t escape Internet users’ notice

PEOPLE – Kendall Jenner will be able to say that she set foot in the Louvre, and this, in the literal sense of the term. In the middle of Haute Couture Fashion Week, Kendall Jenner was seen alongside rapper Bad Bunny in the streets of Paris. After participating in a few fashion shows, the 28-year-old young woman apparently decided to treat herself to a nighttime stroll in an emblematic place in the French capital: the Louvre museum.

She shared this cultural interlude with her 292 million subscribers on Instagram. “The Louvre at midnight”she simply captioned the post where she posed in front of several famous works from the museum, including the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci and The Wedding at Cana by Paolo Veronese.

In the photos, the one who calls herself Ken Doll wears a long black dress with short sleeves, without any accessories or jewelry. The eldest daughter of the Jenner clan even took simplicity to the extreme by walking barefoot through the aisles of the museum. A decision which provoked varied reactions, to say the least.

Kendall Jenner accused of being privileged

The photos published by the reality TV star L’Incroyable Famile Kardashian quickly sparked reactions on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). Some users questioned Kendall Jenner’s hygiene, accusing her of having walked barefoot on the floor of a museum visited daily by thousands of visitors.

“Being barefoot at the Louvre seems very aesthetic until you remember how dirty Paris is”commented a user of the social network X (formerly Twitter).

Other Internet users highlighted the privileges she enjoys: ” We understand. You are so rich that you can open the Louvre at midnight just to walk barefoot through historic rooms.”wrote an Instagram user in the comments under the photo.

However, Kendall Jenner also received positive messages from those who praised her carefree attitude, calling her bohemian.
