On board his 3008, Pierre Palmade veers into the oncoming traffic lane and collides head-on with the Renault Mégane of the Y family. On board, three people are injured due to the accident caused by the artist: A man from 38 years old, her 6 year old son, and Mila, aged 27, six and a half months pregnant who lost her baby.
The actor apologized
Muriel Robin's ex-acolyte was driving under the influence of drugs as was recalled during the hearing on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. At the end of the day, the prosecution requested 5 years in prison, including 3 years with a probationary suspension of 3 years, against Pierre Palmade for the serious road accident which occurred in Seine-et-Marne in February 2023 and which left three people injured.
Before the Melun public prosecutor's office delivered its verdict, Pierre Palmade was called to the stand and wished to apologize to the family he destroyed. Despite his apologies and his revelations about his new life in which he lost his friends and wanted to put an end to it, the lawyer for the civil parties did not hesitate to reframe the comedian.
The lawyer for the civil parties attacks Pierre Palmade
Me Mourad Battikh, lawyer for the civil parties, responded to Muriel Robin's ex-acolyte: “My clients have lost the taste for life. Her husband decided not to be present in this courtroom because he probably did not have as much desire to forgive Mr. Palmade”.
“He does not forgive the fact that this man, through his reckless choices, blew up his family (…) but he had the decency not to be present. When you lose a kid, there are no words “When you lose a fetus, there is no law.” the lawyer continued. While the prosecution requested five years in prison, two of which were closed, Pierre Palmade initially faced 14 years in prison.
