To motivate himself, the thirty-year-old decided to share each step in his Channel on Instagram. This Tuesday, November 19, he spoke on this subject and highlighted the various difficulties he had been encountering for some time. “I haven't trained much these days. I'm not in good shape at all. I get sick often, whereas before, not at all. So, following the courses is a bit complicated“, he initially warns. However, the young man's motivation is still intact.

Because even by reducing the sports sessions, Nico Capone's efforts continued to pay off. “But I kept the weight off. In fact, I even lost. I am currently at -20 kg since the start of the transformation“, he explains. And details: “My goal was to get to -30 at the end of the year, but that's not possible for the moment, my body isn't keeping up. The coach follows me regularly as much as possible to motivate me to go to the gym. That's also what this difficult process is for my recovery.“The young dad then shared a video of himself at the gym, more motivated than ever.
