On November 21, chef Pierre Gagnaire and Top Chef season 15 finalist Clotaire Poirier will host an exclusive 4-handed dinner. A great first at Gaya, one of the multi-star chef's showcases which highlights seaside cuisine… Welcome aboard.
At the origin of this four-handed dinner, a story of audacity. During the final, candidate Clotaire Poirier had the ingenious idea of cooking fermentations straight from Copenhagen. An originality which seduced the great Pierre Gagnaire, his mentor on the show, to the point of inviting him to officiate alongside him for an exceptional dinner.
At 34 years old, Chef Poirier is not at his first experiences. Originally from Loiret, he never stopped exploring the world to strengthen his talents with trips to Ireland, Australia, Thailand and Argentina, before settling in Copenhagen, where he was sous chef of the Kadeau restaurant for two years.

Since August and her brilliant stint with Top Chef, Clotaire has been offering opportunities to promote her cuisine with residencies in ultra-trendy addresses: from the Parisian dining bar Bambino to the seafood address Orasay in London.

Countdown launched for this visit to the kitchens at Gaya, alongside multi-starred Pierre Gagnaire for a highly anticipated dinner, which will take place in seven stages. Clotaire Poirier will then devote himself to finding a location for a future Parisian project.
