The English press, however, reveals today that it made a serious error in its complaint, notably using the entity “Prince of Wales” to designate Prince Harry, but this title belongs to his brother, Prince William .

Six years later, Samantha Markle, who is also upset at not having been invited to Meghan's wedding, is not angry. She has just filed a complaint against the duchess.
An error in filing the complaint
Meghan Markle having responded to her half-sister's attacks on a few occasions, the latter now takes the opportunity to sue him for defamation. But as the media reports Newsweek, she would have been wrong in her complaint when naming Prince Harry.
“Amid continued publicity around their fairytale engagement and wedding, and subsequent fallout with the royal family, Meghan launched a production studio, Archewell Productions, with her husband, Harry, Prince of Wales” , can we read. However, the Prince of Wales is the title belonging to Prince William, Harry's big brother.
Further in the complaint, we can then read the following sentence: “Meghan's engagement to Harry, Prince of Wales” or even “ Meghan and her husband, Harry, Prince of Wales, discussing everything from their youth to their marriage and possible rows with the royal family. In total, this error appears nine times in the file.
