A princess concerned by the environmental cause at the age of 19. Maria Chiara de Bourbon des Deux-Siciles, youngest daughter of Prince Charles de Bourbon des Deux-Siciles and Princess, née Camilla Crociani, is ambassador of the WWF, an international non-governmental organization created in 1961, dedicated to the protection of environment and sustainable development with the famous panda as its emblem.

A festival for ecology

The blue-blooded It-Girl is one of the guests of the 5th edition of the Porquerolles Festival (Var), dedicated to films with an ecological dimension. A film buff, she walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival with her older sister Maria Carolina and even had a small role in the film “Grace of Monaco” by Olivier Dahan (“La Môme”).

Created in 2020 with Juliette Binoche, the Porquerolles Festival rewards films on the theme of ecology each year. The festival jury is chaired this year by actress Isild Le Besco and notably composed of Vahina Giocante, Elie Semoun and Bruno Solo.
