“A dream paradise”, Julien Doré confides in his family life in the Cévennes

Rare confidences. This November 8, Julien Doré releases a new album, entitled Impostor. A few days before the release of this new project, the winner of the New Star was a guest on the podcast Bliss. He then spoke about his family life, his role as a father and his partner.

Julien Doré is modest about his private life and he wants to keep it private. As he explains on Bliss' microphone. Having become the father of a little boy, he was not very calm at the time of her pregnancy, although very involved. There was a lot of work but for me, there has been this desire for many years now to preserve my privacy and therefore also the terror of images being stolen. I was very careful, I wouldn't have wanted those moments to be stolen from me.” he declared.

Julien Doré: “it’s so powerful”

Although he does not give any information regarding the identity of his son's mother, Julien Doré reveals that the pregnancy was “rather peaceful” for her. He also spoke of his life far from , in the Cévennes. His “dream paradise” as he calls it, surrounded by his two dogs, his wife and his son. “I thought about what I wanted. JI took a sheet of paper and wrote down my dream, if I have enough money a day to make it come true: a house in the south of , closest to where I was born, and two dogs. That was exactly what I wrote on it and a few years later I did it. It's been 6 years now since I moved.” Before adding: “I could not have suspected that some time later a family would be built in this place which I am obviously still in today”.

If Julien Doré is happy in love, that was not always the case; he explained that he had experienced painful breakups. Especially just before meeting the one who will become the mother of his child. It evokes a need to feel seductive in the eyes of a woman (…) a need for lightness”. “At that moment, I want everything except building a relationship”he confided. But the meeting did not take place in the Cévennes, this place so dear to his heart. : “I feel like it's a great place for a lot of things (…) There is something extremely solid which is decided without you forcing it and which is precisely based on everything, except the classic codes of what could define the couple. (…) Realize that there can be two people but that despite them, around them, iThere's something so powerful.”
