Big scare for Jarry. The 47-year-old comedian revealed last weekend that he had fainted on stage during a show in , before waking up in intensive care. The cause of his discomfort? A gluten intolerance that has taken a particularly dramatic turn!

“It happened in Perpignan. A room of 800 people, I did BONSOIR PERPIGNAN and I passed out on the people in the first row, the stage was two meters long,” he recalled on Bruno Guillon’s microphone in the Happy Sunday Show on RTL. “And then I threw up, passed out and woke up in intensive care. And that’s how we discovered I was gluten intolerant. »

Very measured entrances on stage

In a humorous tone, the former presenter of Everyone wants to take their place remembered the initial reaction of the public, who had believed in a number that was an integral part of the show. “People applauded me when I fell and said: 'super funny'.”

Later in the interview, the father of two also opened up about his “ocds” before entering the stage. His fear that the show won't go as planned can take him far…

“I do a magic circle, from my dressing room to the stage I have to arrive at an even number on the stage otherwise I go back to my dressing room and start again. But I necessarily have to arrive at an even number with my right leg, then I say a little prayer before the start of the show, and I summon all my guardian angels,” he explained to a hilarious Bruno Guillon, recognizing that the process is “super long”.

Especially since the latter can easily delay his entry on stage, especially when the comedian performs in large venues. “When you perform at the top, the dressing room is very far from the stage and when you arrive at an odd number and you have to leave again…” lamented Jarry, before having to face the facts when Bruno Guillon told him with humor, to answer his question “Do we all do that? », that this was definitely not the case! Those who took their place for his show Jarry Atypical are in any case warned!
