Melania Trump traumatized: these events that haunt her in the middle of the electoral campaign

She shares the life of one of the most talked about candidates in the American presidential elections. With the release of his memoir; in which she talks in particular about her exchanges with Charles III, Melania Trump plays the card of sincerity and of the woman very close to her husband. For our colleagues from Match,
she looked back on her life, totally crazy, and her hopes for the future.

But for the former First Lady, it is very difficult to forget certain events that make her fear the worst: “Even though it (his life) may seem atypical to most people, it is my life. And in some ways it's very classic, centered around my career, my friends, my family and my community.
But destiny always brings its share of drama. For me, these were the two assassination attempts of which my husband was the victim”,
she describes. Indeed, Donald Trump was targeted with the first shots, including one which hit his ear on July 13 in Pennsylvania.

Then, last September, while playing golf, a man was arrested with weapons. He planned to kill the former president of the United States.

For Paris Match, Melania Trump also looks back on her role as First Lady: “As first lady, I will continue to focus on our nation's children while building on the momentum I have already established with Be Best and Fostering the Future, initiatives that address the mental, emotional, and social health of the most young people. I will be attentive to respond to each new need.”

His role in the White House

And with his four years spent in the White House,
Melania Trump is confident about the tasks she has to do : “I was able to see how resilient people were. On a more personal level, I found that I could handle a lot of things, even more than in the previous decade. In January, I had to deal with the death of my mother and, six months later, the attempted assassination of my husband.”

One thing is certain, she is just as ready as her husband to return to the White House.
