The rapper Nekfeu has been accused since this Sunday evening of “psychological, sexual and physical violence” by his former partner, with whom he had a child.
In fact, the affair was not new and the violence even lasted for almost four years, even during the young woman's pregnancy. Indeed, in a press release published on X/Twitter, lawyer Florence Fekom (whose X/Twitter account has since been suspended), explains that her client “suffers from severe post-traumatic stress which results, in accordance with the specialist certificates available to her, from the violence inflicted by Mr. Samaras”.
Contacted by BFM this Monday morning, the lawyer confirmed that in 2023 her client reported to the authorities “precisely” the facts but would not have filed a complaint. Still at BFM, Florence Fekom affirmed that the police refused last June to take the complaint from the young woman, who had then sent a letter to the public prosecutor to be heard and this time to file a complaint. The lawyer also specifies that this public speaking aims to speed up the procedure.
