Indicted in particular for involuntary manslaughter with at least two aggravating circumstances, involuntary injuries and violent theft, the accused faces ten years of imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros. If the lawyers for Antoine Alléno's family did not wish to speak, Joseph Cohen-Sabban, one of the accused's lawyers, declared: “No one can remain indifferent to a tragedy like this.
