A new test… On the evening of Sunday May 8, 2022, Antoine Alléno is died at the age of 24. The son of starred chef Yannick Alléno was at a red light on a scooter when he was hit by a driver, who had just stolen an Audi RS6, in Paris. He was also wanted because of a prison sentence he had not served.
In mourning, Yannick Alléno shared on Instagram: “My little angel!! Today is the day you will enter eternity! Your mother and I chose this beautiful house which we had the opportunity to see you pass by on numerous occasions! She opens her doors to you this afternoon! You've never done anything like the others! You arrived in the world on July 4, an American national holiday, and you left on May 8, Liberation Day!”.
Yannick Alléno: “A necessary moment for justice to be done”
Wednesday October 9, 2024, on BFMTV, the starred chef assured that if this trial was not “an easy time”, it was a “important step”. “I think this is a necessary moment for justice to be done, and from the moment it is done, we can move on, in any case resume a normal life as much as possible”he declared.
In 2022, it was shortly after founding the Antoine Alléno association in order to help victims of road accidents caused by drivers that Yannick Alléno had already confided in the columns of the Journal du Dimanche: “When a tragedy like this happens to you, you discover a mind-blowing world. Beyond the obvious shock of the loss of our son, we found ourselves confronted with a dehumanization that was difficult to live with“.

It remains an accident and not a road homicide, this will be a big debate during the hearing.”.
