Florida is the new home for the British couple, David and Victoria Beckham. He has just acquired a luxurious property in Miami Beach, as reported by the specialized media The Real Deal. According to sources close to the matter, the ex-football star and co-owner of Inter Miami, as well as the fashion designer, have just purchased a mansion located at 4736 North Bay Road, sold on the market for the tidy sum of 80 million dollars.
A modern house of 1,300 m2 and nine bedrooms
This prestigious residence, built on 0.6 hectares of land, offers a living space of more than 1,300 m² which notably houses no less than nine bedrooms. Its highlights include a gym, spa, home cinema and 38 meters of water frontage. The exterior is not left out with a swimming pool, a summer kitchen and a lounge area.
This real estate project, designed by the architectural firm Choeff Levy Fischman in collaboration with Antrobus Design Collection, has just been completed. It is part of the trend of the thriving luxury real estate market in Miami Beach, particularly on North Bay Road.
For the Beckhams, this investment is in addition to their 930 m² apartment in the One Thousand Museum tower in downtown Miami, purchased in 2020 for almost $20 million.
