In February 2023, Églantine Éméyé experienced a real tragedy. The host lost her son, Samy, with multiple disabilities and autism, who died at the age of 17. While she was going through this terrible ordeal, Églantine Éméyé decided to film a documentary to pay a touching tribute to the staff who took care of her child. Églantine Éméyé is preparing to unveil a project that is particularly close to her heart: her documentary Samy and the angels of Timone. In this tribute report, the host sees the doctor who told her the bad news about her child. On the set of Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine, she confides with emotion, her voice trembling, to the accompaniment of the specialist: “This doctor is fantastic, he’s a very good doctor and he’s a man who really listens to parents.”. The filming was very trying for the host, who had to call on director Olivier Pighetti to help her capture the images.
