And one more! In all, 18 members of the royal staff have left the Sussex ship since the couple’s marriage in 2018. As many members of the “survivors” have denounced, working for Harry, but especially for Meghan, is far from being a part of pleasure. Drawing on their experience, Archie and Lilibet’s parents this time took care to keep up appearances. After Ashley’s departure, they rushed to share a press release in which they made it clear that everything did not end in tragedy.
«
We are very proud of Ashley, especially as a female entrepreneur. (…) My husband and I are thrilled to be alongside Ashley as she builds something extraordinarily special with her business,”
they write to show that they are not moved by any feeling of bitterness.

For her part, the communications specialist also shared her enthusiasm at the idea of having worked for such a prestigious family. “I am incredibly grateful to the Duke and Duchess for their continued confidence in me. Their unwavering support and confidence in my new business has been significant and a testament to their leadership. » However, a question remains: if she was so satisfied, why did she leave?
