Madonna: her brother Christopher worked with the singer for several years
Madonna and her brother Christopher have long had a beautiful relationship. The latter worked closely with the Queen of Pop. He was her assistant, but also one of her dancers, her dresser and her stylist. Over the years, he even became the artistic director of some of his tours including the Blond Ambition World Tour. Then, Madonna’s brother wanted to make himself known other than by being attached to his sister, which is why he made his way alone as a designer and director of music videos for Tony Bennett and Dolly Parton.
A look back at their complicated relationship
Unfortunately, Madonna and her brother Christopher also had some complicated times together. Their relationship took a turn when the designer published his autobiography in 2008 entitled Life with My Sister Madonnain which he brought to light the disagreements they might encounter. Furthermore, he attacked Guy Ritchie, Madonna’s ex-husband. He accused the latter of being a bad company for her. So, the brother and sister had continued to drift apart over the years. However, since their arguments, they had reconciled. Still in shock following the two successive tragedies she experienced, Madonna has not yet spoken out.
