“We are together” is the title of her new one woman show. This Tuesday, October 1, Inès Reg returns to the stage just one year after her last show, and six months after her altercation with Natasha St-Pier behind the scenes of “Dancing with the Stars” on TF1. “I already have a lot to tell“, she explained this Monday in the columns of “Parisien”, the newspaper which revealed the affair on March 21. “I had a very rich year, with some very positive aspects, and others less cool. But for a comedian, sad moments make the best performances on stage, that’s how it is“, she analyzes.

However, if the actress intends to discuss her divorce with Kévin Debonne (the actor to whom she had asked to “put glitter in her life”), the episode with the Quebec singer will not be mentioned. “I don’t talk about it at all in the show. I really want this to be behind me. It made me suffer, we’re not going to lie“, she reveals. “Today, I am reassured, we have sold more than 100,000 tickets, we are sold out in so many places in France, but at some point we are afraid of losing our audience and, before that, of losing ourselves . When you read false things about yourself when you know full well what you did, what you are, it’s upsetting. The worst thing to experience…” she continues.

According to her, the hardest part was the accusations of “death threats“, “when there never was, even Natasha St-Pier said it“, she recalls. In the article published by “Parisien” there was indeed question of a hand filed by Natasha St-Pier against Inès Règ after their verbal altercation. According to the newspaper, the singer also accused her competitor for making death threats to him, an accusation which shocked the comedian, and which was denied by his competitor in a video posted as a story on Instagram.

“Today, it’s part of my story. I am super calm“, she adds. “This story opened my eyes. I like to try everything, I had the chance to learn a new game, but the one and only thing that pleases me, makes me vibrate, gives meaning to my life, is the stage. I need to find truthfulness again (…) I realized with all this that my job is to be a comedian“, concludes Inès Reg.
