Singer, actress and presenter, Séverine Ferrer is a multi-talented woman! His parents therefore sold their property in Reunion to come and settle in the capital, but were disappointed upon arrival at the airport: “I arrive with my Karina doll that I had for Christmas, and there, Karina goes around for x amount of time because the producer never came to pick us up at the airport. My parents protect me and tell me ‘You know the producer is on tour at the moment, he might not be able to come and get us’so we land at my uncle’s“.
“It’s a bit of a drama” : Séverine Ferrer remembers her first winter in Paris with her family
After trying to call the producer back several times, the family finally managed to get in touch with him, but the beginnings in Paris remained difficult, Séverine Ferrer explains: “My parents leave everything, except that when we arrive there is no one there, it is a bit of a drama, but they do not show it to my brother and me (…) He (the producer, editor’s note) left us his apartment in Boulogne, a 17 m2, and the first Christmas, we were all sick to death on makeshift mattresses on the floor in a 17 m2, with a fever of 41 degrees, all with the flu..“. The presenter was even forced to move in with her correspondent in the 13th arrondissement, when she was 13 years old, in order to live in decent accommodation. The path finally seemed to clear up for Séverine Ferrer’s family when she was chosen to film in the sitcom Classe Mannequin: “With my first modeling class fees, I went to see a real estate agent who offered me a bank guarantee, and we were able to have our first apartment all together and finally be serene.“One thing is certain, life is not a long quiet river, but Séverine Ferrer has finally managed to get through it brilliantly.
