Revamped by the team of Fitz Group (already behind the restaurants Vesper or even Abstinence), The Gaillon Fountain reopened its doors in Paris during the Olympic Games. Installed on the terrace or through its various lounges redecorated by the interior designer Lazaro Rosa Violinvisitors can taste the chef’s cuisine there Marie-Victorine Manoa. An ode to good-natured bourgeois cuisine, she offers Niçoise salads, tuna carpaccios, sole meunières and linguine with caviar. Another advantage? The possibility of privatizing rooms upstairs for intimate dinners.

Immersive and cultural, the restaurant Atica has just opened its doors on rue Frédéric Sauton in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. But here, you don’t reserve a table but a ticket to attend a unique experience at the crossroads of art and gastronomy. In 8 acts, according to the themes and inspirations of the moment, visitors admire artistic and sensory performances, before tasting recipes, all their senses awakened. With at the controls Ramzi Saade and the architect Chloe Leymariethe first season will be dedicated to the Basque Country, from France to Spain.
