EXCLUSIVE – Sycomore AM wants the ex-boss of SAP and Hewlett Packard to take power.

This will be one of the highlights of Atos’ general shareholders’ meeting on June 28. Resolution “D”, placed on the agenda at the request of Sycomore Asset Management, proposes the appointment as director of Léo Apotheker. Since the end of May, the asset manager has been engaged in an open sling against the chairman of the board of Atos, Bertrand Meunier, demanding his dismissal and that of two other directors. “The results have been catastrophic from every point of view since Bertrand Meunier took over the presidency of Atos in 2019” asserts Cyril Charlot, founding partner of Sycomore AM, evoking pell-mell the succession of three managements in three years, the rejection of the consolidated accounts at the 2021 AGM and the 80% drop in the share.
