This Thursday morning the Commercial Court of Fort-de-France will have to decide on a first legal proceedings against the Bernard Hayot group (GBH). A publication injunction of accounts already returned twice on the initiative of four Martinican whistleblowers who also filed a complaint for illegal agreement and abuse of dominant position.
