Leclerc has just issued a new recall. This time it concerns pumpkins from organic farming, indicates Rappel Conso, the site for dangerous product alerts. This product is recalled because an exceedance of the maximum regulatory limits for pesticides was detected.
These pumpkins, from the Bio Village brand, were sold individually between December 4, 2024 and January 13, 2025. They were sold in all Leclerc stores in France. The barcode on the label is 3564707127028. Lots L03, L10, L11, L12, L13, L14, L15, L16, L17, L18 and L19 are affected by this recall.
Reimbursement request possible
Given the risks that consuming a food containing too high a level of pesticides can cause, it is recommended not to eat this vegetable.
