Stuck for more than two hours in the Ikea parking lot

“I saw the moment when people were going to get in their faces,” says a Gardois resident who was stuck from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
“Around 7:45 p.m., they had the reflex to make people leave through the entrance, that resolved the situation. It’s a shame he didn’t think of it before.” Everything was thus able to return to order.
Artisans stand up against the Low Emission Zone

A subsidiary of ECM Greentech sets up in Biterrois
#BEZIERS ECM Greentech will set up a subsidiary in Colombiers. The first works must be launched before summer. A land agreement protocol was signed with the community of municipalities. It is therefore one of the leaders, in France, in the low-carbon renewable hydrogen sector which is about to establish itself in Biterrois with the company Genvia.
At the key of this installation, 250 jobs are planned in the long term. ECM Greentech, which is based in Grenoblois, specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of industrial ovens for the growth of photovoltaic silicon and in the engineering of factories.

#LOZÈRE This is, in km, the distance that Pascale and Christian Bonicel, a couple of retired teachers, are preparing to cover, in a Twingo, as part of the Twing raid. This solidarity rally will take them to the Moroccan High Atlas affected by an earthquake in 2023.
They will take 10 kg of food, hygiene products and school kits. Two hundred and fifty crews will set off from Tuesday February 25. Arrival scheduled for Thursday March 6.
A69: the court studies a suspension of work
#OCCITANIA The Toulouse administrative court is examining this Monday, January 13 at 10 a.m. the summary suspension filed by opponents of the A9, the motorway between Castres and Toulouse, who are requesting a halt to the construction site until the appeal on merits is deliberated. It was filed in May 2023 to request the cancellation of environmental authorizations issued by the prefects, recalls the Dépêche du Midi.
Since then, work has progressed well and the opening is planned for the end of the year. “This suspension of construction should allow judges to take the necessary time to rule on the legality of this case. Justice can no longer be taken hostage and presented with a fait accompli” believes La Voie est libre, a collective of opponents of the A69.
