Xiaomi has expanded its Mijia Series series by launching a new Mijia Moyuyan (which translates to “Black Feather Rock”) Edition refrigerator in China. The company's new Mijia refrigerator features a generous 513L capacity, which is then divided into three different compartments, including a 304L cooling zone, a 180L freezing zone and a separate 29L compartment with adjustable temperature.

You have several drawers and trays, as well as additional storage space built into the doors to store drinks, vegetables, fruits and other foods. A separate 29 liter drawer allows you to adjust the temperature range from -1°C to 5°C. This means you can easily keep various foods like meat, seafood and vegetables fresh at the desired temperature.

Xiaomi has used its own dual frequency conversion technology in the cross door refrigerator and according to the company, this technology allows the refrigerator to achieve precise cooling and save energy. The smart gadget is considered to have top-notch energy efficiency, consuming around 0.93 kWh of electricity per day.

It can operate silently at up to 36 dB, and Xiaomi adds silver-ion antibacterial technology to it. antibacterial technology based on silver ions. The company claims that this technology kills 99.9% of bacteria and preserves the quality and health of your food. You can also adjust the settings of the Mijia Moyuyan Edition refrigerator using a built-in touchscreen, the Mijia app, or Xiao AI voice commands.

The Mijia Moyuyan Edition 513 L Refrigerator is priced at CNY 2,699 (around $370) and comes in a lead gray color with a stone texture. The refrigerator is currently available for pre-order on JD.com in China, and the official sale is scheduled for January 1, 2025 at 8 p.m.
