At Amone, customers can experience a blue cord regressive based on turkey, white ham and gouda flavored with truffle. At PNY, an exceptional burger is offered: steak haché flame-grilled, grilled button mushrooms, 18-month-aged cheddar and truffle parmesan cream. This exclusive recipe is available for six weeks. As for Spok, from Monday December 16 to Friday December 20, the brand offers gourmet daily specials, such as a celery risotto with truffle, a croque-madame, a poultry supreme accompanied by truffle puree, a burger with truffle and a truffle shell gratin.
