(AOF) – Banque Lombard Odier announces two strategic appointments within the management team of its activities dedicated to private clients. Stephane Herrmann, current CEO of Lombard Odier (Europe) SA (LOESA), is appointed chief operating officer of the private client unit as of January 1, 2025. Daniel Elias, current COO for private clients, has decided to take on new challenges outside the group from 2025.
Based in Geneva, Stephane Herrmann will continue to be a member of the Private Client Executive Committee and report to Frédéric Rochat, Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Private Client Unit.
Stephane Herrmann joined the group in 2019 within the management of LOESA as chief operating officer, before being appointed chief executive officer in 2022.
Current deputy CEO, Jessica Rabut is appointed chief executive officer of LOESA as of January 1, 2025. Based in Luxembourg, she will become a member of the executive committee for private clients and will also report to Frédéric Rochat.
Having joined Lombard Odier in 2017, she supported the transformation and growth of LOESA, first as head of human resources and, since 2022, as a member of authorized management and deputy CEO of LOESA. Jessica Rabut also supervised legal activities, internal audit and general secretariat, while ensuring close coordination between branches and the banking platform based in Luxembourg.
