This is news that will certainly delight Daniel Borel. We remember that the co-founder of Logitech had led a campaign in recent months for Wendy Becker, president of the company, to leave her position. On the night of Monday to Tuesday, Logitech announced several major changes at its head, including the departure of Wendy Becker.

Wendy Becker, who has been Logitech’s board chair since 2019, will not run for re-election at the 2025 shareholders’ meeting. Daniel Borel spoke at the previous shareholders’ meeting in September 2023 to demand her resignation, disapproving of her strategy. It is not yet known who will succeed Wendy Becker – a board committee will recommend a successor later in the year.
