APL Data Center entrusts the management of its Information Systems to Emmanuel Artigue


As head of APL Data Center’s IT, Emmanuel Artigue is responsible for managing the digital infrastructures of the Group and its subsidiaries, and strengthening the deployment and security of collaborative services used by all employees.

A graduate of a 4-year Master’s degree in computer science from the University of Paris Sud, Emmanuel Artigue founded ESN TECH INNOVATION, a digital services company, in 2002, before successively becoming head of the IT subsidiaries of Petit Forestier, the order of expert surveyors, then IT Director of TOUPRET SA and finally the QUARTUS Group. Emmanuel Artigue was also a computer science teacher from 1999 to 2014.

Founded in 1983, APL is a company specializing in consulting, engineering, construction and operation of data centers. Through its Organic Design mission, APL is committed to developing data centers in symbiosis with their environment, so that the multiplication of digital infrastructures is compatible with the sustainable development of territories. Its services are structured around four activities: data center consulting and engineering, IT consulting and engineering, maintenance and operation, responsible digital.

APL has numerous employees accredited as “Tier Designer” and “Operations Specialist” by the Uptime Institute, and has obtained the silver medal in the Ecovadis CSR ranking. APL has carried out several thousand projects and missions with companies such as Air France, Bouygues telecom, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, DATA4, Dataxion (Tunisia), BCP Maroc, Digital Realty/Interxion, Econocom, Groupama, Casino group, Macif , Orange, SNCF, Safehost/Stack Infrastructure (Switzerland), Telehouse, and many ministries and public actors.

Established in Paris (headquarters), Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Rennes and Lausanne (Switzerland), APL achieved a turnover of 50.9 million euros in 2023, now has 200 employees and is developing its activities in Europe and Africa.
