Integraal is opening a subsidiary in Zurich, Integraal Partners, targeting the banking sector with data analytics tools. The new entity is headed by Memo Dener, who founded the German-speaking service provider Axeed.

The Geneva-based Integraal group is strengthening its activities across the Sarine by opening a subsidiary, Integraal Partners, in Zurich. This new entity offers data analytics tools for the banking sector, as a complementary offering to that of its sister company Integraal Solutions, a member of the management of Integraal Solutions told the editorial team. The new offering is based on the solutions proposed by the German-speaking service provider Axeed, a long-time competitor of Integraal Solutions with whom the Integraal Partners joint venture was created. Founder of Axeed, Memo Dener takes the helm of this new Zurich subsidiary, after having built a team of five employees.

“We are delighted to reach this new stage of growth for our activities. Since 2012, thanks to our customers, our network and our partners, we are very proud to have built Integraal for Banking, an integrated data-analytics solution for the banking sector. I met Memo Dener a few years ago and we always knew that our activities were complementary,” said Cédric Aeberli, CEO of Integraal Solutions, in a press release.

“Integraal Partners and Integraal Solutions share a common commitment to innovation and the belief that digital solutions powered by artificial intelligence will revolutionize the banking and wealth management sectors in Switzerland. Integraal Partners will be responsible in particular for deploying these solutions internationally,” specifies Memo Dener, CEO Integraal Partners.
