A feature of Proximus Pickx (formerly Proximus TV) which no longer existed on Android boxes, will also disappear on older generation ones.

Previously, when you made a recording on Proximus TV, as it was still called at the time, you had the possibility of extending it. By doing this you could keep it for three years instead of the basic sixty days. But this feature unfortunately disappeared with the move to Android boxes.

Except for a few grunts who had kept their original boxes! They still had the opportunity to extend the registration, but were surprised when this option disappeared a few days ago. Indeed, as reported by L’Avenir, the functionality has ceased to exist on all boxes since June 11.

If you had extended recordings before this date, they are still available… But not for long! You have until June 30 to “catch up” on viewing these.

Note that a perfectly identical change also took place at Scarlet, again with June 11 as the pivotal date, and June 30 as the last chance to watch extended programs.

So for all those concerned and who need to catch up quickly, enjoy watching! But be careful of the negative effects of binge-watching.
