Real estate experts answer your questions, Tuesday June 18 in Alençon

The Alençon Real Estate Club is organizing a show entitled “real estate workshops”, Tuesday June 18, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Halle aux Toiles in Alençon (Orne).

Free entry and open to all.

This event allows any individual to come and learn about their project, or to build one, by meeting us individually.

The Alençon Real Estate Club is a non-profit association which brings together professionals from the Alençon region, from different backgrounds, from design to real estate construction via advice and financing of any real estate project.

It was born in 2015 under the leadership of an expert surveyor and an asset manager and was initially intended to be “a network for discussion, between us, of future real estate projects”.

With 17 active members, the Real Estate Club is now open to the public through various events such as this show on Tuesday June 18.

“At these workshops at the Halle aux Toiles, on Tuesday evening, we will each have a stand to answer questions from visitors and present our activity,” continues Fabien Lagarrigue, the Club’s secretary.

Among the professionals present, there will be an expert surveyor, a builder, an architect, a mason, a carpenter-roofer, a carpenter, an electrician, a plumber-heating engineer, a real estate agent, an asset manager, a accountant, a banker, a tax lawyer, or even an insurer.
