Clément Bourgogne has been appointed to the position of director of investor relations for Canada. A mechanical engineer specializing in sustainable buildings and critical infrastructures, he has an MBA from HEC Paris. He worked for the Boston Consulting Group and most recently served as COO at Scale AI, a Montreal investment fund.

Eoghan Hickey, one of the fund’s long-standing partners, present at Jolt Capital since 2015, becomes Managing Director Canada. A former professional rugby player, he graduated with an MBA from HEC Paris, where he also subsequently taught. He also worked for Island Renewable Energy. He currently manages Jolt’s transactions department and will relocate to Montreal by spring 2025.
