By letter received on June 14, 2024, supplemented by a letter received on June 17, the company Groupe Snef1 declared that it indirectly crossed upwards, on June 11, 2024, the threshold of 50% of the voting rights of the company VISIATIV and held indirectly, through the company Alliativ which it has controlled since that date, 2,163,446 shares VISIATIV representing 4,074,314 voting rights, i.e. 46.51% of the capital and 59.47% of the voting rights of this company2.
This threshold crossing results from the acquisition, on June 11, 2024, by Groupe Snef3of 31,703,145 shares of the company Alliativ4representing approximately 75.72% of the capital and voting rights of this company, Alliativ itself holding 2,163,446 VISIATIV shares representing 4,074,314 voting rights, or 46.51% of the capital and 59.47% of the rights.
