Coming from the Alentejo region, made with a host of Portuguese grape varieties, this is a fruity, ample and generous red wine, clearly dominated by very ripe black fruits, with a hint of vanilla and cocoa on the finish, a sign that A short passage in the barrel was given to him. This wine is like a good Swiss army knife. It’s extremely versatile and rich enough to stand up to many everyday dishes, spicy or not. We particularly appreciate its excellent value for money.

The Tible estate, 12 ha, is located in the town of Cannet just opposite the Massif des Maures and at the foot of the Cistercian abbey of Thoronet, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The estate bears the name of a source which flows through it entirely towards the coast. This source brings freshness to the vines during the scorching summers that Provence can experience. Made with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, this pale-colored rosé has been enhanced by a small touch of Mourvèdre. It is fresh, salivating, easy to drink and very, and even a little too easy to drink.
