These remarks follow various recent positions, starting with that of Sébastien Chenu, vice-president of the RN and elected MP in the North. Last Monday June 10, the day after the legislative elections, the latter told BFMTV: “ Emmanuel Macron leaves us a catastrophic budgetary framework. We will make choices based on budgetary possibilities and the interests of the French. The taxation of superprofits and the privatization of public broadcasting could be implemented quickly “.
These declarations come against the backdrop of an overhaul of public broadcasting, which the executive wants to integrate into the same entity. So many projects which are causing widespread concern within the editorial staff of France Télévision but also of RadioFrance and the INA.
