It’s never too late to do well. Salt is finally launching a “customer area” type application on iPhone and Android. The operator based in Renens and in the hands of the Hexagonal Xavier Niel continues to modernize some of its services.
After finally announcing a more “usual” billing method, Salt continues its path towards standardizing its processes and customer experience. In the current context, consumers actually expect a minimum of services.

Thanks to MySalt, it is now possible to access your customer account more comfortably and completely directly on your mobile devices. This service allows you to easily track and manage your subscriptions and “keep an eye on all your Salt accounts (Mobile and Home).”
To access it, simply use your usual login details. In the settings, a “network optimization” option allows the operator to anonymously collect information to optimize its network. Useful to help the operator deploy good coverage everywhere.
Salt TV arrives on Sony
The country’s third mobile operator has also just deployed its Salt TV application on Sony Android connected televisions. On my Bravia TV, I found that everything seemed to work, despite perhaps some slight slowness compared to the Apple TV. To be followed closely… The comments from Internet users are not sad!
This release follows the availability of this application on Samsung and LG devices, as announced in this note. It was about time, some would say, since this should theoretically make it possible to do without the Apple TV and therefore an additional box. We will come back to this.
