These are houses mass-built in factories. Quite simply. It is the idea of TH to achieve record economies of scale and ensure deliveries to promising companies in optimal time. On paper, this company, which has the Seine-Maritime market in its sights, is intriguing.
This was born in Haute-Savoie. She now looks intently on the seinomarine market. A desire which could very quickly translate into the creation of a factory and jobs in the department (see below). Provided the order book fills up.
A location in the Rouen metropolitan area?
And it is for this reason that TH was present at the sustainable solutions exhibition, this Friday, October 18, 2024, in Rouen (Seine-Maritime). On site, the representatives formalized their collaboration with the Lhotellier group, a well-known construction company in the Rouen area.
“The idea is to build and assemble the modules in Seine-Maritime,” confirms Philippe Fusier, marketing manager for TH. Indeed, because we are talking about modules. These are similar to containers. They cover surfaces ranging from 18 to 50 m² and are manufactured in the factory.
This is the strong point of TH which insists on the reliable aspect of its production. “This is the first time, in France at least, that we have built houses in a factory,” summarizes the marketing manager. “The product comes out with zero defects. It’s super tough and we know exactly what to expect,” he says. Without forgetting ecological issues and cost control.
A factory in Grand-Quevilly?
“The idea is also to build a long-term factory in Normandy. » And more precisely in Grand-Quevilly. An establishment which could be synonymous with the creation of around a hundred jobs.
“It’s a very distant horizon”, however tempers Philippe Fusier. “Nothing will be done immediately. It will settle in 2025. But this is still very hypothetical. […] It depends on the decision-makers. » Indeed, TH’s clients are communities and landlords. And the ball is now in their court to bring in this new actor.
