(Alliance News) – Banca Ifis announced that Katia Mariotti, current head of the NPL department, has completed the three-year business plan of the same department, and that she will occupy a new professional role at AMCO – Asset Management Company from from August 3.
“Without prejudice to the strategic nature of the NPL activity for the Group, the Bank’s policy envisages, in fact, new growth directions which will be the subject of the next 2025-2027 Industrial Plan”, we read in the note from Banca Ifis.
Luca Lo Giudice – president of Ifis Npl Servicing and Ifis Npl Investing – will see his coordination activities between these two companies expanded.
The role of CEO of Ifis Npl Investing will be assumed ad interim by Frederik Geertman, CEO of Banca Ifis.
Mariotti’s resignation will be effective the day after the approval of the consolidated half-year report of the Banca Ifis group as of June 30.
As of this date, Mariotti will also resign from his functions as director and general manager of Ifis Npl Investing Spa, Revalea Spa and director of Ifis Npl Servicing.
Mr. Mariotti holds 7,839 ordinary shares of Banca Ifis.
Banca Ifis closed Thursday’s session in the green, with an increase of 4.1% to 19.91 euros per share.
