Emirates airline announces a new series of cabin crew recruitment events across Morocco according to the following schedule:
• Casablanca: October 9 and 28, 2024
• Fez: October 11, 2024
• Tangier: October 13, 2024
• Marrakech : 30 octobre 2024
“Emirates has already created significant employment opportunities in Morocco, with over 875 Moroccan nationals currently serving its 22,700 cabin crew members. This not only contributes to the creation of local jobs, but also ensures that Moroccan hospitality and culture are represented on the world stage,” the company said.
The recruitment drive comes at a time when Emirates is expanding its operations globally. In the financial year 2023-24, the airline carried over 51.9 million passengers and plans to increase its capacity in the coming year. This growth requires a corresponding increase in its cabin crew.
At the Crew Training Center, cabin crew undergo an intense seven-and-a-half week training to deliver the highest standards of hospitality, safety and service that customers have come to expect for years. “Motion simulators, as well as visual and audio screens, make the learning experience as realistic as possible. The center is also equipped with a test pool to train crews for all possible scenarios in the air or on the ground The crew members learn all forms of first aid to deal with any emergency medical situation likely to present a risk on board. They learn in particular to practice cardiopulmonary resuscitation, to attend to a. emergency delivery and to use an automated external defibrillator (AED),” the company explains.
