A little before 3 p.m., the representative of Barnier government will take a detour to the CMA CGM tower for an interview with Rodolphe Saadé. This one-hour moment is announced as “off-press“, that is to say without a journalist, by the Bouches-du-Rhône prefecture. It will certainly be a question of CMA CGM’s investments in digital technology and in particular in AI.
After launching KYUTIA, in 2023, with the iliad Group and Schmidt Futures, the 1st European research laboratory dedicated to open science in AI, CMA CGM announced last July an unprecedented partnership with the American company Google.

This official visit of Clara Chappazwho was replaced by Julie Huguet at the head of the French Tech Mission, will start around 10:30 a.m. at Index Education, the leading creator of digital uses in the education sector. She will then visit La Plateforme, the Mediterranean digital campus, in order to interact with students and teaching teams.
After the exchange with Rodolphe Saadé, head to the southern districts of Marseille for a visit to Tangram, the training and innovation center of the CMA CGM group. These three official moments will be open to the press.
