Renault’s R5 model was the best-selling in from 1973 to 1984. 40 years later, to support the arrival in dealerships of the 100% electric Renault 5 E-Tech, the manufacturer and its Publicis Conseil agency are unveiling a new film, the culmination of a rich launch campaign, already initiated by two films and numerous activations. Directed by Bruno Aveillan, it takes the form of a dreamlike journey through different eras in which the car will meet other icons, each embodying a form of revolution in their field: music with the French Touch movement , cinema with the New Wave led by Jean-Luc Godard, photography with the humanist movement, fashion with haute couture, or even the Moulin Rouge with the French Cancan. The film will be broadcast on TV in 45-second and 30-second formats from September 29 in France, then across Europe, to support the commercial launch in dealerships and the first deliveries to customers. The cars will be available in dealerships in mid-October.
