The arrest of Pavel Durov in France worries tech giants and some states. Playing with lines and laws, the boss of the messaging service is paying for his lack of cooperation and sees his development threatened.

And the order came just hours after the French police arrested Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram. Employees of the presidential administration and the Russian government, as well as employees of some security agencies, were ordered to delete their business correspondence from the encrypted messenger. According to the Russian Telegram channel Baza, which is close to the security services, a similar order was received by senior officials of the Ministry of Defense and several businessmen.

The planet has been in turmoil since Saturday, May 24, and the arrest at Le Bourget airport of the Russian billionaire, co-founder of the platform with his older brother Nikolai, eleven years ago.
