An accident involving a heavy goods vehicle occurred this Friday, September 6, at around 1:30 p.m., on the A7 motorway, between the Orange Nord-Piolenc (No. 20) and Orange Centre (No. 21) interchanges, heading towards Lyon.
A truck crossed the central reservation, causing a traffic jam for all vehicles heading towards Marseille. Only the emergency lane is being used to ease the flow of traffic. In the direction of Lyon, traffic is moving on two lanes.
Emergency services and Vinci Autouroutes teams went to the scene.

In terms of traffic, the following measures were put in place at 1:45 p.m.:
– Towards Marseille, compulsory exit/entry prohibited at Bollène (No. 19).
– Towards Lyon: exit recommended at Orange sud (N°22), entry not recommended at Orange centre (N°21), entry not recommended and exit not recommended on the A9 at Roquemaure (N°22).
