Action by the State and communities
Public action has undergone a constant process of increasing complexity. They were multiplied, via a subsequent increase in public spending, the internationalization of practices and decentralization having entangled the interventions of the different actors. The evaluation of public policies, their budgetary rationalization, as well as that of the framework of State action constitute constantly renewed problems, like that of State reform. After the study of these questions, monographic chapters are devoted to each policy, taxation, agriculture, housing, culture, education, health, defense or diplomacy. notably. These technical sheets remain quite short but clear, and allow you to get an idea of their general issues, the competent actors, possible blockages and their reasons.
This work allows us to better understand public action and the usefulness of a program, where ignorance and rejection of elites predominate, largely wrongly. It is therefore worth thinking about.
