Pascal Obispo enchanted the Accor Arena in Paris with an exceptional anniversary concert on Saturday January 11. To thank his fans for their loyalty, the singer celebrated his 30 years of career on stage and invited many artists such as Zazie, the Italian singer Giordana Angi but also David Hallyday. Coming to attend the show, Laura Smet published several stories filled with pride for her brother.

To thank his fans for their loyalty, Pascal Obispo offered a grandiose show during his anniversary concert at the Accor Arena on Saturday January 11. For 2h45, the singer revisited the classics of his repertoire and transported a nostalgic audience through three decades of success. “I’m 60, I wanted to have a party. And it’s true that a birthday is a bit complicated because the more people you have, the less time you spend with the people you invite.”he admitted on BFMTV. To celebrate his 60th birthday and 30 years of career, Pascal Obispo invited several artists to share this memorable evening. Alongside Axel Bauer, he performed a guitar duet then was joined by David Hallyday with whom he performed a wild version of“Light the fire”.
A moment that made Laura Smet proud, who was present in the audience. On Instagram, the actress published several photos and a video to demonstrate his happiness at having witnessed such a cover of their father’s legendary song. In the caption, she first contented herself with a happy birthday to Pascal Obispo then added flames to the following story where we see her brother with the artist on stage. David Hallyday was not the only singer to have been invited on this occasion since Zazie, Christophe Maé, with his harmonica, also lit up the stage. The Italian singer Giordana Angi, for her part, brought a touch of sweetness by performing with him “I wasn’t made for happiness.”
Pascal Obispo is far from slowing down!
The concert ended on a note full of emotion with the cult song “Lucie”followed by the surprise arrival of a giant cake made up of 1,500 cannelés, designed by the famous pastry chef Jean-François Feuillette. There is no question for Pascal Obispo of slowing down the pace since after 30 years of career, the artist has no intention of stopping there. On his Obispo All Access platform, he plans to share new musical projects while devoting himself to his passion for painting, as reported by our colleagues at BFMTV. The singer, who released last November “The Archipelago of Aftermaths”, is also continuing its anniversary tour across France, scheduled until April 2025. And that’s not all: a new album is already in preparation for October! Energy and desire intact therefore for the greatest happiness of his fans. Grateful for their constant support, Pascal Obispo declared to our colleagues: “It’s a real gift that the public gave me by filling the room this evening”.
