The end of the school year is fast approaching. And already, in addition to the loan of books, the latest activities are being prepared (like the one around the star readings scheduled for Friday June 28 at 8:30 p.m. at Lake Soubayre). And ideas have already flourished to make culture accessible to everyone.

With this in mind, the La Fouillade media library team and its highly motivated volunteers have been thinking about creating a new service which will be operational from the start of the school year in September. A bit like what is done with the delivery of meals to the home or with the services of professionals delivering groceries to some people’s homes, there, the delivery of books, magazines, comics and others will also be carried out at home. The process will go beyond the municipal framework alone. Thus, people living in La Fouillade, Lunac, Saint-André-de-Najac, Sanvensa and Bor-et-Bar who cannot travel will benefit from the system.

“We will bring them books, CDs, DVDs and other magazines directly to their homes,” jubilant the volunteers engaged in this altruistic approach. To register, which is already possible, you should call the telephone number 05 65 65 70 03 (leave a voice message with contact details so that applicants can be contacted again) .

Membership will be €11 per year and the same rules apply as for on-site loans.
