“The words of sport”, this is the theme chosen for this 13e edition of Coulommiers book fair which will be held on Saturday June 15 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.)in the bucolic setting of Capuchin Park.
In connection with the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and in partnership with the Maison de la presse de Coulommiers, the organizers have decided to celebrate the marriage of literature and sport through the works of 21 authors and the participation of Calame editions.
Stéphane Floccari, guest of honor
The writer Stéphane Floccariassociate professor and doctor of philosophy and sports enthusiast, will be the guest of honor of this new edition in which many other authors and journalists will participate.
Two workshops will be set up. The first, at 10:30 a.m., dedicated to pop-up cards and hosted by Isabelle Lin, will be open to children aged eight. The second workshop, still dedicated to youth, will have the theme “Invent your sport” and will be supervised by Adèle Tariel.
Finally, at 3 p.m., a round table will see the participation of Stéphane Floccari and journalists and authors Olivier Villepreux and Gilles Navarro. Sessions of dedications are also planned.
