“With this book, I wanted to tell an aspect of Tarbes that I had not addressed in my books previously.” Explains the writer. “As usual, I leave the station and take the reader to the Tarbes of my childhood. Together, we will come across buildings that have disappeared such as the Saint-Blaise hospital, the Bains-Douche, the Count's Castle in particular. We We will pass through neighborhoods destroyed today such as the Negro quarter. And I will not forget to tell some anecdotes from our city such as the history of public toilets, the Château de Montagnan and its Liberty tree.
